This is about how I used 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix EXTREME to SHRED my postpartum body in 42 days. I am not a Beachbody coach, and I am not trying to sell you anything.
Before I started…
I had honestly never tried Beachbody on Demand before, but I needed to something to change. I decided to take a chance, and commit to one 21 day program. I was HOOKED, so I did another one.
Here I am, happy and healthier than I have ever been. I no longer do diets or challenges, I do a healthy lifestyle.

Why I chose to invest in myself…and why you should, too!
As a mom, my days are spent taking care of my littles and constantly pouring into their lives. I used to think it was “selfish” to prioritize my own stuff. I shoved self-care to the side and embraced MOM-Sharon over Sharon.
I quickly realized something very important, that I need you to hear:
You cannot pour from an empty cup. If you want to be the best parent you can be, you have to take a step back and fill your own cup first.
Be stronger than your excuses, and commit to something for YOU.
- “I do not have the energy to workout, have you met my kids!?”
I don’t have energy either, that’s WHY I workout. I get a stronger boost from working up a sweat than I do from coffee. And I love coffee!
- “I don’t have time to workout!”
I do not have time to go to a gym either. If you have 30 minutes to watch Netflix, then you have 30 minutes to press play and workout. Streamed workouts make it so easy to get a good workout in and FAST.
- “I am out of shape, I am too embarrassed to even start.”
Totally hear you. I hadn’t worked out in…oh gosh…almost a year? That’s actually why I love at home workouts, no one is there to watch me make a fool of myself!
- MY BIGGEST EXCUSE: “I have had an eating disorder, anything with a meal-plan freaks me out that I may relapse.”
21 Day Fix Meal Plan is the only “diet” I have been able to do without feeling remotely triggered. There is no calorie counting. Portion control containers helped me relearn to eat more veggies than carbs, but aside from that it wasn’t a huge adjustment to my regular diet.
The 3 biggest reasons I committed to my own health
It does not matter what exercise program you decide to use, or what diet you decide to try…I just encourage you to invest in yourself.
